Shipping policy

Where We Deliver

For the moment, we ship exclusively to customers based in the United Kingdom. Focusing on a single region lets us keep our delivery times consistent and maintain a high standard of service for everyone who orders from us.

Processing Time

We prepare all orders within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once an order has been processed, delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes between 5 and 8 working days. That puts the estimated total at roughly 6 to 11 working days. We always aim to hit these timeframes, although the occasional delay can happen because of circumstances we cannot control.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend required.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. If your tracking details haven't arrived within a few days of placing your order, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Incorrect Address

When placing your order, do double-check that your delivery details are accurate. We cannot take responsibility for orders sent to wrong or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer. If you spot a mistake in your address, contact us as soon as you can and we will do everything possible to fix it before your order goes out.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
